Guillaume grew up in the French Riviera and moved to Paris for six years and studied law. He then moved to San Diego where he graduated from USD and received his double bachelors in finance and real Estate. While living in San Diego, Guillaume was missing the taste of France. That was when he decided to provide San Diegans with a unique and true experience of French food but without the fancy and overpriced cliché. Now the CEO of Le Parfait Paris, Guillaume is introducing his passion and dream of opening a patisserie and boulangerie with the locals of San Diego.

Ludi Mas – COO

Ludi was born in Paris where she discovered her passion for cooking from her grandmother. Raised around home cooked meals and family values, Ludi wanted to combine her passion for food with her education. She graduated from l’Ecole Hôtelière de la rue Médéric in Paris and from San Diego State University where she received her bachelors in hospitality and tourism with an emphasis on hotel operations and management. That is when she combined her schooling with the joy she has for food at Le Parfait Paris where she is the COO of the company.
